You would now be registered with Broker Junction and able to access all functions of the website. But two more procedures would need to be completed for you to receive business leads ! Claim your "Areas of Operation" From the Home Page, login with your Usercode and Password Click on "Access Broker Menu" Click on "Area Claims" and add the areas you operate in Visitors and Brokers looking to contact you by area will now find you listed. Load your Properties This is pretty straight forward and accessed from the same "Broker Menu" as above.

I understand that the "property listing" facility is for commercial and industrial properties and that details of residential properties may not be listed. I hereby give permission to be mailed information related to service providers from time to time. This is an "opt-in" action in this regard. I understand that any communications made with other brokers on this website must comply with the requirements stated on the respective submission form. The general guideline would be that these contacts should be in response to the broker's property listings or an enquiry for service or a property availability from that broker. The listings may not be used to "spam" or send unsolicited offerings to other brokers. I agree that Broker Junction may revoke my membership at any time as a result of my non-compliance with any of these provisions.
