By accepting default settings on this page you will return almost every listing which is probably not your intention.
The default excludes "Land Only" (Property Type) and areas over 100 000m2.
The most commonly used restriction is the area filter. If you are not sure of the area name for the location you require, then try leaving the area at "All Areas" and enter the location (town?) name (or part thereof) into the City/Town field.
The area selection above must be set to ''All Areas'' for the keyword search to function. If set to any other value, then the Area Search will will override the City/Town setting.
This function is most used when you are not sure as to which area the target location will fall under.i.e. Is Umhlanga in "Durban Central" or "North Coast".?By searching on Umhlanga as a Location Keyword the site will correctly return results for "Durban Central" by selecting that area due to "Umhlanga" being listed in the keyword detail.
