- At our home page : http://www.brokerjunction.co.za, click on the [ Register ] button at the left
- Click on [ BROKER Registration ]
- Complete the form - it's quite short - and allocate yourself an easily remembered login name and password
It's as easy as that. You're registered! You can now Login at the Home page and list as many C&I properties as you want

[ Step - 2 ] - Listing a Property

- At our home page : http://www.brokerjunction.co.za, click on the [ Login ] button at the top right corner above the content text
If you have forgotten your password then click the [ Login ] button anyway. At the next screen you can select the [ forgotten your password ] option to have your password mailed to you.
- Feed in your Username and Password
- You will be returned to the home page and the [ Login ] button at the top will have changed to a small panel confirming your login and proving an access button to your own Broker Menu
- Select [ Broker Menu ]
- Select [ Load Properties ] under the "PROPERTIES" heading
- Fill in wherever relevant.
You can return later to edit and enhance the listing by adding more detail, uploading up to three photographs, etc
That's it ......... You're done !

A FEW NOTES ON YOUR BROKER LISTING

We do provide the facility to "claim areas" and the ability to upload a personal photograph and company logo to your profile. Although optional, we recommend you do this for these reasons.....
Claiming Areas
This is used by the software to link you to visitors (our term for end user buyers and renters) and brokers who are looking to communicate with a C&I broker in a particular area. If you don't claim areas, then visitors and brokers cannot find you. Having no areas claimed will not effect your properties listed, it will just mean you will not receive unsolicited incoming enquiries for the brokerage - which of course might be an option you want.?
Uploading a Personal Photograph and Logo
We try to customise broker listings as much as possible to encourage client / broker contact and the "personalising" options definitely help with this objective. Your logo and photo, if supplied, will be displayed whenever brokerage contact details and property details are displayed to visitors.
If you hit technical issues here, then please just attach the graphic files to an email, send to and in the email ask us to place the pics for you. Please supply your login/username code, brokerage name, and your name. You can also give us a website page address and we can collect photos and logos from there and apply them to your listing.
If you are sending property pics, then we will need the Property Reference Number.
