BRAND ADVERTISING for BROKERS
    The Service

The Broker Junction website has significant monthly traffic which can exceed 700 unique visitors per day on weekdays. The typical visitor is South African located and is either a broker or client in the commercial / industrial property sales market. You can obtain more current infornation on our visitor demographics from the [Advertise] page.

Broker Junction offers a service to brand conscious brokers where we display your brand logos to the left of all major navigation pages. This could typically result in around 1 500 to 2 000 impressions per weekday in a narrow industry focus.

While this is primarily a brand exposure issue, visitors who click on the logo will be given your primary website link and a listing, by province and location, of all brokers listed on our system with links to their profile pages.

    Availability and Display Rotation    

  • The number of participants is limited to 15 and, ideally, your activities should be conducted on a national basis.
     
  • The ads are displayed on a random ordering basis. Refreshing any screen will show the reordering immediately.
     
  • The home page shows 11 ads. Some of the smaller pages show fewer ads because of the restricted height, and several will show the maximum, ensuring an impression on every page call.
     
    The Costs    
 

R450 per month - with a minimum period of 6 months. Thereafter you would be on a month to month basis.

Payment is either full in advance or by debit order.
