Service Description     Based in Durban, South Africa, Plessie is a company that prides itself in selling a total PABX solution, from normal Analogue to ISDN and VoIP Systems.

This is made possible by our extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry. Our products range from home systems to large corporate Call Centres. Plessie's aim is to provide the highest standard of work and service at all times, which is achieved by personal involvement in all projects, from sales order to completion of installation.

Our staff consists of highly trained and experienced Sales Staff and PABX Technicians to maintain our high grade of service. Our dynamic installation team headed by Geoff Cox and will assure you a neat and hassle free installation of your PABX. We take pride in our after sales service, which is provided by our highly skilled maintenance department. Our project management and consultancy facility is available to all companies should it be required.

PABX Sales & Pre-sales Consulting
The wealth of experience within our company makes us the ideal choice as your business partner when it comes to telecommunications. All sales people are required to be trained and accredited by our suppliers. Let us analyze your business needs to see how new technology can benefit your business by improving efficiency and cutting costs.

PABX Service & Maintenance
It is our belief that without a strong technical team backing up our products we will not survive. All technical staff are regularly sent on training courses whenever new products or new software versions are released. Our technicians are incentive driven, the more successful calls they make, the more they earn. All new products supplied by us come with a twelve month warranty, where after a maintenance agreement may be entered in to. We realize that it is the total cost of ownership of our products over the life span of the equipment that is important to our customers and, with this in mind, we will strive to maintain the most competitive rates in the industry without compromising our business. Our team of twelve trained and dedicated service technicians is waiting to support you.

PABX Operator & Extension user training
With all systems delivered we provide extensive training for your operators and extension users. Training literature and quick reference guides are included. If required we will provide training for your system administrator. Feel free to call us to train new operators or temporary operators should the need arise.

Voice Cabling
No cabling project is too big or too small for us to undertake. Should you require one or one thousand cable points our dedicated team of installers are capable of providing this service. Only the best materials are used and we will advise where and when lightning protection should be deployed.

Project Management
All projects undertaken will be managed to the best of our ability and we will willingly cooperate with any other project managers that may be employed. As part of our service to our customers we undertake to complete and submit all Telkom applications required. We will follow up on all applications submitted and, when necessary, will escalate any problems encountered in an effort to ensure that service is provided.
