    Generating the Service Provider Listings
 

The first screen will provide warnings about issues related to spamming and explains the conditions under which you are provided with the contact data.

You then select the format of your data report. Examples of these formats are provided further down this page.

 

 

The following selections would then be made to narrow your output choice.

    •     Province (with sub-areas all set ON or OFF)
    •     Fine tune by removing (or adding) sub-areas by checkbox
    •     Categories (ALL or specified)

 

The resultant report is then displayed as per your requested format.

The CSV data on this page can be cut and pasted to a clean text file (via a text editor such as Notepad, found under Start > Programs > Accessories).
From your mail client (OE Express, Outlook, etc) you can then import to your address books or to groups.
The data is also suitable for importing to dedicated bulk mailing software such as GroupMail or for uploading to a web based mailer.
