    Generating the Service Provider Listings

The first screen will provide warnings about issues related to spamming and explains the conditions under which you are provided with the contact data.

You then select the format of your data report. Examples of these formats are provided further down this page.

You are then presented with the normal Broker Selection Screen where you would pick one of the criteria to filter out a result. A typical selection would be to pick a particular area. In these demo examples we select the name "SMITH".

    CSV   (Comma Separated Values)

The CSV data on this page can be cut and pasted to a clean text file (via a text editor such as Notepad, found under Start > Programs > Accessories).
From your mail client (OE Express, Outlook, etc) you can then import to your address books or to groups.
The data is also suitable for importing to dedicated bulk mailing software such as GroupMail or for uploading to a web based mailer.

    On-Line Mailing   (Automated)

This is the most commonly used bulk mailing method. Once you have composed a subject and message and hit the Send button, then all your recipients are automatically sent the email. It is loaded with your Reply-To address and enables you to reach a large number of brokers with minimum effort.

The checkbox at the right will enable you to remove selected brokers from the filtered list. For example, "Retia Eisndomme" has a missing email address. Perhaps "Acuman Auctioneers" should not be included as their focus is auctioneering and this mail would be a request for leased premises stock.

The final screen is where you enter the email subject and the message itself. You can also modify the preloaded sender name and the "reply to" address.

After sending the message you will receive a list of all recipients and a copy of the message sent. This can be printed and kept as a hard copy record of the mailshot.
